January 2013 | Midastek Microelectronics Inc. set up registration with paid-up capital of NT$5 million.
July 2015 | Issuing new shares of NT$37 million to merge Zodiac Analog Technology Inc., paid-up capital increased to NT$137 million.
September 2015 | IC pilot production was successful.
December 2015 | UL Qualcomm QC 2.0 certification acquired. Obtained Taiwan patent I514106- REFERENCE POWER GENERATING CIRCUIT AND ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT USING THE SAME
