FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The MA34 is a 5V CMOS, MTP based MCU for three-phase pre-driver application. It consists of a 16-b RISC CPU running at 64MHz and a 12-b ADC integrated with the pre-regulated power management architecture. It is at its best in the high temperature application. With the GUI aided programming and its own MTP memory, it supports either PWM or VSP input command, open-loop or closed-loop curve. Adjusting control curves, quick start, soft start, brake, leading angle, and soft switching parameters for best noise driving performance. The system protection is completed with the adjustable over current, over voltage and under voltage protection.
